Cheshire Police have contacted a school in Crewe asking parents to be vigilant after a man made attempts to contact children via social media asking them to meet and share indecent images.
In a Tweet posted earlier by The Oaks Academy, Crewe, they shared the warning from Cheshire Police.
The school then published more details on their website, which revealed the male in question was understood to live in the Nantwich area.
It is not known at this point if other schools in the area have been contacted.
Crewe News has approached Cheshire Police for further information.
